Is this lottery ticket purchasing service legal?
|

Yes. We are a service provider. We provide a legal, high-quality and responsible service for purchasing lottery tickets on behalf of our customers.

How do I know if I win a prize?
|

At no cost to you, we will send you an email of the most recent drawing, containing the winning numbers and the result of your lottery play for that drawing. Lottery results are also published on our website at
www.lotto-taxi.com.
Finally, you can visit the official lottery websites for results.

How do I collect a prize if I win?
|
|
For any earnings up to US
$600.00, we will cash it for you and
deposit in your account with us. This increases your balance in your account, and it is money
that you can transfer any time (customer is responsable for any bank fee).
For prizes bigger than US $600.00
you have one of the two following options. You can (1) come to our offices;
after appropriately authenticating you, we will give you your ticket, so that you can redeem it.
Or (2) you can legally authorize someone to do so for you. There are two important deadlines you should
know about; you have 180 days to cash any ticket,
but only 60 days to claim the cash option for a jackpot prize.

How do I know that my lottery ticket is not stolen or swapped if I win a prize?
|
- Your electronic notification email includes a tamper-proof PDF file with a clear indication of your numbers, and a digital signature that protects you from fraud.
- Once the lottery determines the winning numbers, winning tickets will be moved from our regular archives to a secure deposit box.

Do you sell lottery tickets?
|
|
No. We are not in the business of selling lottery tickets. We have no direct or indirect relationship with any lottery commission. We simply provide the service of buying lottery tickets on your behalf.

Do you take a percentage of winnings?
|
|
No. We do not charges a commission based upon any winnings. We cover our business from the fee we charge when you made your order. Nothing else.

Do I have to pay taxes if I win a prize?

Yes. Any individual (US resident or foreign) who has won a prize in the USA must pay federal and state taxes on the winnings. The percentages vary per state. On amounts of
$600.00 or
more, taxes are normally deducted by the lottery commission before a check is issued.

Can I play the lottery if I am not a US citizen or resident?

Yes. Any individual over 18 years old can play the lottery in the USA. It is not necessary to be a US citizen or resident of the applicable state in order to legally play any of the United States based lotteries. However, it is necessary that you abide the laws of your country and state of residency.

Is your company responsible for paying a lottery prize?

When do the lottery drawings occur?

As you can read on the official Powerball website: The drawing is held at 9:59 p.m. Central Time [10:59 Eastern; 8:59 p.m. Mountain; 7:59 p.m. Pacific] in West Des Moines, Iowa. Sometimes in special circumstances, the location is changed.

When is my account activated?

Can I take any remaining money in my account back?

What if I miss my confirmation email?

Just logon into your account and go to the “My Tickets” section. There you have the option of either checking your tickets in the screen, or regenerating a secure PDF document of tickets you are currently playing that is emailed immediately to you.

Can I choose the numbers I play?

Yes, absolutely; we are proud that we can allow you to do that, since we stand behind our 100% error free system.

How do I select my numbers?
|
|
You have several alternatives:
1. for each ticket in your order you can just type your numbers into the grid
2. you can use your mouse to pick numbers from the graphical matrix we have provided
3. you can click on the random number generator.
Should you use option 3, all empty spaces will be filled with randomly generated numbers.
In all cases, you have the opportunity to review the selections and change them as much as you
like before you submit them.

Is the random generator picking my numbers?

No, the random number generator only assists you with picking numbers. Once it has done so,
you have the opportunity to review and approve the selection.

How do I know what numbers I'm playing?

You may also resend them to yourself via email by clicking the "Request signed PDF"
button, and an email will be sent to the address in your profile.
